RESPONSIBLE LISTENING

Comfort first. Always.

Frequency is an audio/wellness product, not medical treatment. Use it the same way you would use any immersive headphone experience: at a comfortable level, in an appropriate environment, and with permission to stop whenever it does not feel right.

LOW VOLUMELouder does not make binaural playback more effective.
01

Do not use while driving

Do not use immersive sessions while driving, cycling in traffic, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires full environmental awareness.

02

Keep volume comfortable

Start low. Long or loud headphone exposure can contribute to hearing damage. Frequency intentionally defaults to restrained output levels, but your device and headphones still matter.

03

Stop if uncomfortable

End the session if you experience pain, dizziness, nausea, unusual distress, headache, ringing in the ears, or any other unpleasant reaction.

04

Medical questions belong with a clinician

If you have a hearing condition, epilepsy or sound-triggered seizures, a neurological condition, use an implanted medical device, or are otherwise unsure whether rhythmic audio is appropriate for you, ask a qualified clinician before use.

05

Sleep sessions still need a safe setting

Use sleep-oriented sessions only when you are already in a safe place to rest. Do not combine a sleep session with activities where reduced alertness would create risk.

06

Children need adult judgment

For minors, a parent or guardian should decide whether headphone use, session duration, and the product are appropriate for the child’s age and circumstances.

IMPORTANT

Frequency does not diagnose, prevent, cure, or treat disease.

Names such as Focus, Deep Theta, Night Descent, or Alpha Reset describe product experiences and programmed audio targets. They are not clinical outcomes.
