1. The service
Nerddi Frequency provides browser-generated stereo audio, curated listening journeys, a custom journey builder, optional ambient sound generation, and optional Nerddi ID synchronization features.
2. Wellness product, not medical care
Frequency is not a medical device or health-care provider. Session names, frequency-band labels, descriptions, and recommendations are product organization tools and do not constitute diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or a guaranteed physiological or psychological result.
3. Safe use
Use a comfortable listening level. Do not use immersive sessions while driving, operating machinery, cycling in traffic, or during any activity where reduced environmental awareness could create danger. Stop using the product if playback causes discomfort.
4. Accounts
Core playback can be used without an account. If you connect Nerddi ID, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your identity account and for activity performed through your authenticated session.
5. Custom journeys
Studio allows users to select and arrange audio parameters. Users are responsible for the programs they create and how they choose to use or share them. Frequency may apply product limits intended to prevent invalid or technically unsupported settings.
6. Availability
Browser, operating-system, device, battery-management, network, and hardware behavior can affect playback, wake lock, background operation, PWA installation, and account synchronization. Not every capability is available on every device.
7. Intellectual property
The Nerddi Frequency product interface, branding, original software, and original curated program content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, research publications, platforms, and standards remain the property of their respective owners.
8. No guaranteed outcomes
Individual responses to audio vary. Frequency does not guarantee sleep, focus, meditation depth, cognitive enhancement, pain relief, anxiety reduction, altered states, brainwave entrainment, or any other particular outcome.
9. Product changes
Frequency may evolve as features, research, browser capabilities, and Nerddi infrastructure change. Material changes to these terms should be reflected by an updated date on this page.
